Cancellation & Refund Tiers
Before Check-in
100% Refund
of the booking amount
(less Rs. 500/- admin fee)
Processed within 7-10 business days.
Before Check-in
50% Refund
of the booking amount
(less Rs. 500/- admin fee)
Remaining 50% retained as cancellation fee.
(or No Show)
No Refund
The full booking amount will be forfeited.
Requesting Changes
How to Cancel:
To cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing by emailing
Cancel (info@booking.homelandstay.com).
The cancellation will take effect on the date we receive your written notification.
Booking Modifications:
If you need to change your booking dates, please contact us on
Booking Modification (info@booking.homelandstay.com).
All changes are subject to availability.
Note: If a simple modification is not possible, we may treat your request as a cancellation of the original booking (subject to the fees above) and create a new booking at current rates.
Check-In/Out & No-Shows

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
These requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. -
Early Departure:
If you check out early or reduce your reservation period after arrival, no refund will be considered. -
No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive on the check-in date and have not cancelled in advance or intimated us, it is considered a No-Show. The entire booking will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original form of payment.
Third-Party Bookings
This policy applies exclusively to bookings made directly with Homeland Stay. If your reservation was made through an agent or third-party platform (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb), their respective cancellation and refund policies apply. Please contact your booking provider directly for assistance.
