2. Booking & Payment
- Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
- Payment Methods: All bookings require full payment. We accept Cash, Online Banking, and UPI payments (GPay, Paytm, etc.).
- Cancellations: Refunds are issued strictly based on our Cancellation Policy.
3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-out: 10:00 AM

5. Liability & Damages
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and will be charged accordingly for repairs or replacements.
- Personal Belongings: Homeland Stay is not liable for the loss or theft of any personal belongings. Please ensure your valuables are secured.
- Safety: Homeland Stay is not liable for any injury, accident, or untoward incident (whether natural or man-made) that occurs during the stay.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
