Check-in Procedure & ID Requirements

We strive to make your arrival seamless. Please review our standard timings:

  • Check-in Time: 01:00 PM (13:00 Hrs)
  • Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

Tip: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.

⚠️ Mandatory Web Check-in:
To avoid delays, all guests must complete Online Web Check-in via the secure link sent to your email prior to arrival.

Required Documents (Originals Only):

  • Indian Citizens: Valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Election Card) for every adult guest.
    Note: PAN cards and Driving Licenses are not accepted as valid address proof.
  • Foreign Nationals: Original Passport & Valid Visa (Mandatory for C-Form submission).

Is this a shared room or the entire bungalow?

We offer a completely private and exclusive experience. You are booking the entire first floor of our premium bungalow in Maninagar.

Your Space Includes:
  • 3 Air-Conditioned Bedrooms (Privacy of a villa, warmth of a home).
  • 3 Modern Bathrooms.
  • 1 Air-Conditioned Living Room for family gatherings.
  • Private Balconies (3-sided) with serene garden views.

There are no shared spaces with other guests. Whether you are a solo traveler or a group of up to 9, the space is exclusively yours.

Do you offer Wi-Fi and Workcation facilities?

Absolutely. Homeland Stay is optimized for business travelers and digital nomads looking for a productive environment.

  • High-Speed Internet: We provide 300+ Mbps Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Dedicated Work Desk: Fully equipped with essentials including stationery (pens, stapler, gum), power extension cord, table lamp, and an HDMI cable.
  • Backup Tech: A backup laptop with speakers is available if needed.

Standard Amenities Included: Fresh Linens (Bath towels, hand napkins, pillow covers, bed sheets, blankets – one set per stay) and TV entertainment.

Kitchen Access & Food Policies

1. Chef’s Paradise (Self-Cooking):
Yes! You have access to a fully equipped kitchen including a gas connection, microwave, coffee maker, tea boiler, mixer/grinder, and cooking vessels. It is perfect for families who wish to cook their own meals. (Guests must purchase their own groceries).

2. Breakfast & Ordering:
We offer authentic homemade breakfast/food at minimal charges. You are also welcome to order from Zomato or Swiggy as we are centrally located with many options.

⚠️ Vegetarian Policy:
We are a vegetarian-friendly property.
Allowed: Vegetarian food and Egg preparations.
Strictly Prohibited: Cooking or bringing Non-Vegetarian food (Meat/Fish) inside the premises.

House Rules: Couples, Visitors & Pets

Are unmarried couples allowed?
NO. Our homestay is located in a posh residential area. As a family-oriented property, we do not host unmarried couples.

Can I bring visitors?
For safety and privacy, unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.
Daytime Visitors: Allowed only in the designated seating area (Balcony 1st Floor) from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. They are not permitted inside bedrooms.
Overnight Guests: Must be approved in writing in advance and will incur additional charges.

Is the property Pet-Friendly?
To ensure comfort for all guests (including those with allergies), pets are generally prohibited unless explicitly permitted in your specific booking agreement.

Is the property suitable for Senior Citizens?

We are located on the 1st floor and guests should be comfortable using stairs as there is no elevator. However, we have designed the access with safety in mind:

  • Scientifically Designed Steps: 18 easy-to-climb steps.
  • Safety Features: Steel railings on both sides and anti-skid tape fixed on each step.
  • Illumination: Motion sensor lights illuminate every step in the dark for a clear view.

Is the location central to Ahmedabad City?

Yes, we are located in the heart of the premium Maninagar area.

Unlike resorts on the outskirts, Homeland Stay places you in the city center, saving you transportation time and money. We are just a short distance from the famous Kankaria Lake, the Railway Station, and key market areas.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Direct Bookings:
If you booked directly with us, our standard policy applies:

  • 30+ Days before arrival: 100% Refund.
  • 15 to 29 Days before arrival: 50% Refund.
  • 0 to 14 Days before arrival: No Refund.

Third-Party Bookings:
If you booked via Airbnb, Booking.com, or MakeMyTrip, their specific cancellation policy applies. Please contact the platform directly.

How do I make a payment?

We offer secure and convenient payment options for your peace of mind:
