What is the Check-in Procedure?
We strive to make your arrival seamless and quick. Here is our standard procedure:
- Check-in Time: 01:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
To avoid delays upon arrival, we require all guests to complete our Online Web Check-in prior to reaching the property. A secure link will be sent to your registered Email ID.
Documents Required for Upload/Verification:
- Foreign Nationals: Original Passport & Valid Visa (Mandatory for C-Form submission).
- Indian Citizens: Valid Government Photo ID (Aadhar/License/Voter ID) for every adult guest.
*Completing this in advance ensures you get the keys immediately upon arrival without paperwork delays.*
What is the configuration of the accommodation?
Homeland Stay is a spacious, premium bungalow located on the first floor. Your booking includes:
- 3 Air-Conditioned Bedrooms for maximum comfort.
- 3 Modern Bathrooms.
- 1 Air-Conditioned Living Room for family gatherings.
- A fully equipped Kitchen.
- A breezy Three-sided Balcony with a serene garden view.
It is the perfect sanctuary to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Ahmedabad.
Do I get the entire bungalow or just a room?
We offer a completely private and exclusive experience. You will have access to the entire first floor of the bungalow.
Relax on your private balcony or enjoy the garden view—this is truly your home away from home.
Is the location central to Ahmedabad City?
Yes, we are located in a premium area of Maninagar, Ahmedabad (near Kankaria Lake).
Unlike resorts located on the outskirts, Homeland Stay is in the city center, saving you significant transportation time and cost. We are close to major landmarks, making us the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.
What facilities are included in the stay?
Your accommodation charge covers the stay, and we provide the following complimentary amenities:
- Fresh Linens: Bath towels, hand napkins, pillow covers, bed sheets, and blankets (one set per stay).
- Entertainment: High-Speed Wi-Fi and TV.
Optional Paid Services:
- Freshly prepared meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
- Airport Transfer & Car Rental.
- Cultural Activities.
Can I cook my own meals?
Absolutely! We provide a Chef’s Paradise—a fully equipped kitchen for you to unleash your culinary skills.
Includes: Piped gas, microwave oven, mixer/grinder, cooking vessels, and cutlery.
Note: You simply need to purchase your own groceries and ingredients from the nearby market.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
We try to be flexible, but we have a standard policy to manage our calendar:
- Within 15 days of Check-in: No changes to stay duration or guest count are permitted.
- More than 15 days prior: Extensions or changes are subject to availability.

How do I make a payment?
We offer secure and convenient payment options for your peace of mind:
- Google Pay (GPay)
- UPI
- Online Bank Transfer
Once your booking dates are finalized, we will share the official account details for the transfer.
What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy?
Our policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our hosting schedule:
- 30+ Days before arrival: 100% Refund.
- 15 to 29 Days before arrival: 50% Refund.
- 0 to 14 Days before arrival: No Refund.
- Above policy apply only if you have direct booking with us. If you have done through channel partner (like Airbnb, Booking.com, Makemy Trip etc..) their cancellation & refund policy will be apply
