Important Note on Keys:
- Keys include a small black smart card (for the main door lock) and a Large white smart card (for electricity).
- The round key ring has a tracker for security.
- In case you lose or damage a smart key, a charge of Rs. 2000/- will be applicable.
How to Operate the Main Door Smart Lock 🔑
Unlocking the Door from Out Side
- Use the small black smart card.
- Hold it about half inch away from the keypad of the smart lock (do not touch the card to the keypad).
- The door will unlock with a sound and a green light will appear.
- Push the lock handle down and pull to open the door.
- The door will automatically lock after 15 seconds.
From Inside
- No smart card is needed. Simply press down the door handle to open.
How to Restore Electric Power Supply ⚡
After entering the house, on the right side wall:
- Locate the white box beside the TV wall.
- Insert the large white smart card into the switch slot. This restores the lights throughout the house.
- Keep the white smart card in the power switch slot while you are inside.
During your Stay when you go out:
- Remove all smart card – White, Black & round key – carry with you
- Else you can place all Smart Key in Lock box located in Balcony-4, at an entry point area of 1st Floor, Wall opposite to staircase
- Lock the Lockbox with give code to you. Do not change or temper lock box

We are committed to sustainability. Kindly optimize electricity and water usage to help reduce the nation’s carbon footprint.
Energy Efficiency
- Please switch off lights, fans, ACs, and other appliances when not in use.
- Smart Motion Sensor Lights are installed in key areas (entry, staircase, corridors, and Bathroom-1 & 2 – floor night lamp) for safety and energy savings. You won’t need to worry about turning lights on or off manually.
Conserving Water
- Please make sure to tightly close all water taps after use to conserve water and save electricity used for heating.
- In Bathroom-1 & 2, the hot water mechanism is innovative—it flows automatically when you turn the tap on and stops when the tap is closed.
WiFi Connectivity
How to Connect Wi-Fi 📶
The Wi-Fi router is located in the living room, on the wall beside the refrigerator.
You can connect by scanning the QR code below the router. If you have issues, please contact the caretaker.
How to Get Drinking Water from UV Filter 💧
How to get Drinking Water from UV Filter
A free-of-charge UV filter is installed in the kitchen for 24/7 access to purified drinking water.
- Instructions are displayed on the unit.
- If require, You can also scan the QR code on the filter for a demo video.
- Packaged bottled drinking water is available on a paid basis upon contacting the caretaker/host.
Food and Cooking Options 🍽️
You have three convenient options for food:
- Self-Cook: You are welcome to use our fully-equipped kitchen (piped gas, microwave, mixer, utensils, crockery) free of charge. Please procure your own groceries.
- Self-Source Online: Order from platforms like Swiggy or Zomato. Kindly ensure the delivery is addressed to the “1st floor”.
- Order In-house: The host offers pre-ordered traditional Gujarati meals. Refer to the menu in your room or scan the QR code above the refrigerator in the living room.
Cleanliness: Please place all used utensils and kitchen items in the designated basin area. Our cleaner will ensure they are spotless upon arrival. Handle all items with care, as damage or missing items will incur a charge.
Hot Water Operation (Bathroom Details) 🔥
Bathroom-1 (Piped Gas Hot Water)
Equipped with a Go Green piped natural gas system.
- Turn on the Hot water tap (Left side, labeled “HOT”).
- Wait for approximately 60 to 90 seconds for hot water to start flowing.
- Adjust the temperature by opening/adjusting the flow of the “Cold” (normal) water tap.
- To turn off, close both ‘Hot’ & ‘Cold’ water taps tightly.
Bathroom-2 (Piped Gas Hot Water – Mixer)
- For Hot Water: Move the mixer handle to the “left and pull” (wait 30-60 seconds). Adjust temperature by moving the handle to the right to mix in cold water.
- For Cold Water: Move the mixer handle to the “right and pull”.
Bathroom-3 (Electric Geyser – Instant Hot Water)
- Turn on the electric power supply switch for the geyser (located on the left side of the basin/mirror).
- Open the hot water tap—you’ll have hot water instantly.
- Safety First: Remember to turn off the electric supply switch immediately when you no longer need hot water to save energy.
Laundry, Cleaning, and Waste Disposal
Laundry – Washing of Your Clothes 🧺
You have three options for laundry:
- Self-laundry: A convenient wash area is available in Balcony-3, next to Bedroom-3. A clothes airer is also provided there for drying clothes/towels.
- In-house Washing Machine:Chargable – Available on the ground floor of the property. Detergent powder and electricity are included. Ironing is “Do-It-Yourself” (an iron is in the Bedroom-2 wardrobe).
- Outsource: We can provide information for nearby professional laundry services.
Strict Policy:WASHING OF CLOTHS IN ANY BATHROOMS IS AGAINST HOMESTAY POLICY. If found, a penalty of Rs. 1000/- will be applicable, and the host has the right to discontinue your stay.
Cleaning Service 🧹
- We provide a free daily house cleaning service (brooming, mopping, toilet & bathroom cleaning).
- This service is available between 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., subject to your permission.
- The cleaning routine does not include personal areas like bed linens or blankets to protect your valuables.
- When you wants to clean your room, please put hang out on main door handle outside “Clean my room”. Else cleaning will not done.
- Place hangout “Do Not Disturb” onmain door handle to avoid any interference, including cleaning service
Waste Disposal 🗑️
Please dispose of all litter/waste/garbage in the provided disposable bag/drum.
Complimentary daily garbage pickup service is around 7:30 a.m.. Ensure your waste is placed at the designated spot (entry point of staircase) before this time.
